What we actually do for you

Every service below can be bought as part of the full pathway or, where it makes sense, on its own.

CV & cover letter

Academic and professional CVs written for what admissions officers and scholarship panels actually look for, not a generic template.

Statement of purpose

The document that decides borderline applications. We build yours around your real story, your grades and the specific course you are applying to.

University search & entry route advice

A shortlist matched to your grades, budget and timeline, including institutions that accept WAEC English in place of IELTS where applicable.

Applications & offer review

Applications submitted properly the first time, then every offer read line by line so you know exactly what you are accepting.

Scholarship applications

Identifying funding you are genuinely eligible for, and preparing the application that goes with it.

Document organisation for your visa

Your certificates, offer letter, funding evidence and translations gathered and organised in one place, ready for whoever handles your visa application. We collate and organise; we do not judge whether your evidence meets the visa requirements, and we do not complete the application. Both of those go to a regulated adviser (see below).

Schengen visa applications

Short-stay visa applications for travel in Europe prepared and reviewed (tourism, family visits and study-related trips outside the UK system).

Accommodation, ticket & arrival

Where to live, what it costs, how to pay for it, and support booking travel so arrival day is not a scramble.

About UK visa applications. Immigration advice and immigration services in the UK are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). We are not IAA-registered, so we do not advise on or handle UK visa applications. What we do is the education side (choosing courses, preparing your application documents, and getting your paperwork organised), and we refer the visa application itself to a regulated adviser or solicitor. We receive no commission for that referral. If that changes, this page will say so.

So that there is no doubt, here is what we will not do, however you ask:

  • Tell you whether your documents or your circumstances meet UK visa requirements
  • Decide or advise which UK visa route you should apply under
  • Complete or submit a UK visa application, or deal with the Home Office on your behalf
  • Prepare you for a UK visa or credibility interview
  • Advise on a refusal, an appeal, your immigration status or your right to stay

If you need any of that, say so and we will introduce you to someone registered to do it. Asking us will never offend us, but the honest answer will always be the same. Schengen and other non-UK travel visas sit outside the UK regime and we can prepare those.

How the engagement runs

The three phases in detail

Fees are quoted per phase and paid per phase. You always know the cost of the next step before you take it, and you receive full written terms before any payment.

Phase 1

Eligibility & strategy

  • Assessment of your academic profile, budget and career direction
  • A shortlist of programmes and universities you can realistically win
  • Entry route advice, including English-language options
  • CV drafted and refined for university applications

You finish this phase knowing exactly where you stand and where you are applying.

Phase 2

Applications & offers

  • Motivation letter and statement of purpose
  • University applications submitted and tracked
  • Communication with admissions teams on your behalf
  • Every offer reviewed with you before you accept

You choose how many universities to apply to; we tell you honestly which are worth it.

Phase 3

Arrival & settlement

  • Your documents and funding evidence organised for your visa adviser
  • Introduction to a regulated immigration adviser for the application itself
  • Accommodation assistance in your destination city
  • Ticket purchase assistance and arrival planning

The part most agents leave you to figure out alone, with the visa application handled by someone qualified to handle it.

Our terms, in plain language

Phase 1 is non‑refundable

It covers professional assessment, research and strategy delivered at the start of the engagement. Real work, done immediately.

Phase 2 is partially refundable

If applications do not produce a workable offer, part of this phase comes back to you.

Phase 3 is refundable if unused

If you do not take up a place and the settlement work is not delivered, this phase is refunded. Fees charged by a separate visa adviser are theirs, not ours.

Completing all three phases? Choose one loyalty benefit: additional university applications at no extra cost, or a reduction on your total professional fees. Referring someone who becomes a client earns you a further reduction. Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.

Fees

How pricing works

Professional fees are quoted in Ghana cedis and depend on how many universities you apply to and which phases you take. Rather than publish a single number that fits nobody, we quote you after the free eligibility check, when we know your profile, your destination and how much work is genuinely involved. You will always receive the fee for a phase in writing, with its refund terms, before you pay anything.

Our fees do not include third-party costs such as university application fees, tuition deposits, English test fees, visa fees, the UK Immigration Health Surcharge, biometrics, a regulated visa adviser's own fees, or travel costs. Those are set by the organisations concerned and paid by you directly.
